Mandag d. 24. oktober rejser Be Sharp til Philadelphia på musikalsk udveksling. Den udveksling har eksisteret siden 2011. Be Sharp bor privat hos amerikanske værtsfamilier og synger koncerter sammen med de to kor B-Flats og The Notables fra henholdsvis The Baldwin School og Haverford School.

ITINERARY
Monday October 24:
11pm OG students are met by their homestay hosts at Baldwin. Go home, get settled and go to bed!
Tuesday October 25:
8:00 am All OG students arrive to Baldwin and meet in the Chorus Room to be assigned class observations
8:30-8:35 am homeroom advisory
8:40-9:50 am OG students attend Baldwin classes for Period 5.
9:55-11:05 am OG students rehearse in the Simpson Center.
11:10-11:40 am OG performs for Middle School Assembly in Simpson Center (Baldwin students eat lunch)
11:40 am -12:10 pm OG eats lunch in Skye Room, provided by Baldwin, with gluten free option. Baldwin students attend community period.
12:45-1:25 pm OG students rehearse combined piece(s) with B-Flats.
1:30-2:45 pm OG students rehearse in Simpson Center.
2:45-3:30 pm OG performs for Upper School Assembly in Simpson Center.
3:30 pm OG students leave with hosts and spend the evening with their families. There is a “dig pink” volleyball event you might enjoy attending!
Wednesday October 26:
Danish Group: a day in Philadelphia
8:00 Drop off at Bryn Mawr Station: Train departure to Philadelphia (drop off at Haverford Station also a possibility).
8:30-3:30 pm OG spends the day in Philadelphia. Tour Philadelphia with former Baldwin faculty member, Anne-Mette Hansell. Lunch on their own at Reading Terminal. All return on train to Haverford.
3:30 pm OG students either picked up by hosts to go home for dinner, or hang out in town/ Bryn Mawr and eat on their own.
7:00 pm call for OG, Notables and B-Flats at Wallingford Presbyterian Church.

Thursday October 27:
8:00 am OG students arrive to The Haverford School and rehearse/attend classes. (Baldwin students, make sure you are still on our campus and in homeroom on time!)
10:45-11:15 am OG performs for Haverford School Assembly.
11:30 am Lunch at Haverford School (provided)
1:00-3:30 pm OG rehearses at Haverford and attend classes
3:30 pm OG students leave with hosts and go home for dinner, or hang out in town/ Bryn Mawr and eat on their own.
7:00 pm call for OG, Notables and B-Flats in Simpson Center at Baldwin.
7:30 pm collaborative concert with OG, Notables and B-Flats at Baldwin.
Friday October 28:
8:00 am OG students arrive to Baldwin.
8:30-9:15 am OG students perform for Lower School Assembly in Simpson Center.
9:15 am Rehearse and prepare for Open Mic. OG students then are free to explore Bryn Mawr, get lunch on their own, shop, etc…
3:30 pm OG students leave with hosts, or stay through until the Open Mic.
6:00 pm Dinner provided in the Lobby of Simpson Center.
7:00-8:30 pm Open Mic in Diamond Hall of Simpson Center.
Saturday October 29:
8:30 am OG students are dropped at Bryn Mawr station for train departure to Philadelphia.
